For nearly two decades Lisa Rodriguez-Watson has served as an urban church planter, collegiate minister, seminary professor, international missionary, and community development practitioner. Lisa currently serves as the National Director of Missio Alliance and Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Equipping at Christ City Church.

Rob Dixon (DIS, Fuller Theological Seminary) is Associate Regional Ministry Director with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA and Senior Fellow for Gender Partnership with the InterVarsity Institute. He is an adjunct professor at Fresno Pacific University and Fuller Theological Seminary and provides training on flourishing mixed-gender ministry partnerships for numerous organizations around the country.

Layla Van Gerpen has spent the last 19 years serving with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. As Associate Regional Director her role is to help reach students in central California and southern Nevada with the gospel and equip them for mission. She is passionate about developing leaders, especially around areas of race and gender. As a Lebanese-Japanese daughter of immigrants, Layla grew up with a deep love for hospitality, cross-cultural relationships, and advocacy work.
